We provide a full money-back guarantee SOLELY for products that arrive damaged or faulty. To qualify for a claim:

  • Requests must be filed within 48 hours of package delivery.
  • Unmistakable video or photo proof is mandatory.

Return Eligibility

  • Applications must be sent within 90 days following verified delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unused, in its original state, and within its initial packaging.
  • An official return authorization must be granted prior to shipping any product back.

Restocking Fee

For any non-defective returns or refused packages, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Consequently, refunds will equal 80% of the initial transaction after our quality review.

Order Cancellations

Purchases may only be canceled within 6 hours of checkout. Once this 6-hour window closes, the order enters processing and cannot be terminated.

Delivered but Not Received

If a package is registered as “Delivered” by the postal service, the fulfillment is officially complete. We cannot be held accountable for orders verified as delivered that are reported missing from the shipping destination.
