Lost or Missing Packages

Our brand does not accept liability for lost or misplaced shipments due to incorrect address data entered during checkout. Please confirm that your records are precise before submitting an order.

Incorrect Address Policy

We are not responsible for packages that are misrouted or returned due to address errors. If a package is sent back to us for this reason, a 20% restocking fee will be applicable.
